Glenwood HOA Proposal Process
Glenwood Place has a new process effective 6/11/2026, as depicted in the Glenwood HOA Proposal Process (link below). It will be used to submit traditional AVR’s as well as proposals to improve the community.
If your AVR requires more complexity than a simple “work-order” fix, then you will need to complete the Glenwood HOA Proposal Form (link below) and deposit in the AVR box. The Proposal Review Committee will review the form and advise you of next steps.
