Sewer Lines Inspection Next Week
ProDrain arrives on Tuesday 9/22 and Thursday 9/24 at about 8 AM, and will be on-site all day, each day. They will use video equipment to inspect Glenwood’s sewer lines for potential sewer blockages and tree root intrusion. This is a proactive visit to make sure we have reliable sewer lines. Toilet drainage is our friend. As always, please avoid distracting vendor staff with questions or concerns. The project is being managed by Bob Dragoon at pmpdx18@gmail.com
Garage Door Frames and Dry Rot Repair
Dry rot repair and painting of garage door frames is beginning this month. Our vendor is Macedonio Lopez, trusted partner with a long history of successful work. We will begin with garages 49, 50, 51, and 52 so we can verify expected outcomes and maintain quality control. Some of the work will require entry into specific garages, so we will coordinate with those owners to gain access. Completing all garages could take 3 months, but depends on discoveries along the way. Thank you for your patience, and helping with access as needed.
